Feel free to contact the team about any questions or concerns. SHIPPING: We ship via USPS PRIORITY WITH TRACKING AND INSURANCE. SAME DAY SHIPPING (holidays and sundays excluded) you should expect to receive your products with in 1-5 business days (subject to region). IN STORE PICK UP: We are located in ORANGE COUNTY, NY (10 mins from woodbury commons) if you’d like to come in and browse our store. We’re open Mon - Sat 11am-7pmContact one of our consultants to schedule a fitting. MASKS A MUST 😷!! DROP OFF: Any orders for drop-off must be made online. You must choose IN STORE PICKUP as the option at checkout so you avoid the shipping fee. (Taxes still apply) after your order is complete. In your note please put “DROP OFF” ALONG WITH YOUR ADDRESS. THE DROP OFF FEE IS $10-$20 (certain areas maybe out of range and consultants doing drop offs must be compensated for travel) we provide drop off service in Orange County and parts of NYC.
